Nah I order about 30-40 in spring through summer. Get them for $3 bucks a piece.Hope it wasn't expensive.
Where do you order them from?Nah I order about 30-40 in spring through summer. Get them for $3 bucks a piece.
Where I get my local grown greens and produce. The owner knows an organic plant grower. Ever Wednesday(from spring to summer) she gets them in. Also got a bunch of bell pepper plants too. Trying out growing my own stuff,Where do you order them from?
Haha yeah. Boston and macho ferns. I think they're on the no no eat list actually(have to check again)But going 3-4 years and seeing no issues. They love them. It's in the name "Bob". Bobs are naughty, just ask Maggie btw, what kind of Fern is it?
Ah cool. Macho ferns are like boston ferns but are basically 4-5 times the size. Massive when allowed to grow and not be eaten, lol.The Boston Fern I have always found safe. I know nothing of the other one. Thanks.
Cool. I'll put some more in. I got my 2 new female Homeana on Monday. They,ve just started to come around now. I'll post you some pictures this weekend. There carapaces are much thicker than the 4 I already had, does this mean they are likely to be older.Looks like it. They love ferns.
I'll start a thread tomorrow with detailed photos so you can look. There plastrons curl down near the neck end. Looks really good. The larger female laid an egg in the box in transit, but crushed it.Cool. Yeah probably so. Just have to look at the pics really. I have found that to be true in most cases with tortoises. Really thick keratin and worn super smooth almost patternless scutes tend to be aged specimens.
