Clueless Tortoise

Okay so I need some advice,
I got my tortoise 5 years ago and he was pretty big for a one year old. He is now over 5 inches and is only 6 years old. He's growing really fast, and has grown at least half an inch to an inch in the past 4 - 6 months. Based on the research that I have done, RT's are full grown at 20 - 30 years. They get anywhere from 5 - 8 inches ( males) or even 10 inches (females). He's technically a full grown RT as a juvenile / sub adult and still isn't done growing. Does anyone else have a chunker (big) RT like this, because he is still growing and I had no idea RT could get so big? I love my boy but I was not expecting that. He isn't fat or anything, he's just large for his age. Any advice for having a bigger RT than normal, and what size enclosure should I upgrade him to? ?
