This is the tortoise that was lost in 2019, only photo he could fine. Maybe if I can get a yes or no consensus from the forum
Maybe it's worth a drive to see if it's Brian.

The beak on the newly found tortoise is far more overgrown than the beak of the lost tortoise. I doubt that would be the case if it had been living wild for four years.

I agree and further, would comment that if the former owner wants it to be Brian, then where's the actual indisputable proof that it's not?

Any resolution here? Such a fascinating story. If it is not Brian and this Russian's owners were not located it seems meant to be to be Brian 2.0!
