Account not activated ?

I'm posting this for a friend of mine who is having issues logging into the site.
She registered on the website and then found the app and downloaded the app to her smart phone. She can cruise the forum in stalker mode, but when she tries to log on, she gets an error telling her the account is not activated. I couldn't help her out but thought I would turn the the, “experts". Thanks in advance.

Do you know if she can get on if she does not use the app? Also, we may need to know her username in order to have Josh help her if that's needed.

Ok. She got the “Reactivation code" from the website. When she clicked it to take her to the place to put it in, it took her to her login place. Where is she to put the, “code"?
