Since they grow all over the place here, I've tried them out in a few enclosures.
I've found them to take up too much room and provide nothing in return.

Are they safe for tortoises?
Mine always seem to die.. lol keeping them in my room

My tortoises never ate them
Give them a spray of water every now and then and when you take one out of a tree, take the part of the branch that the plant is attached to with it.

I usually buy mine from like home depot. The air plants.
