Is this an Aldabra,it doesn't look anything like Aldabramans torts

Yes, looks like one to me...albeit a bit dry but one none the less....


and does not appear to likely be well fed, poor diet...rather sad looking actually....

Mine look like this one. It's from raising them too dry when they were babies. His eyes look a little squinty, which might mean something's wrong...but it just might be he was getting ready to blink when the shutter opened. That sounds like about the going price for a tortoise of this size.

the ad says he's 10 years old and weighs 110lbs. Mine are 13 years old and weigh twice that. On second thought, that price might be a little high, but not by much.
