A greenhouse top or tin foil. This enclosure is for several months only. A greenhouse can be reused later.

A note on your ReptiZoo UVB lamp: it should be at 18 inches above substrate or the reflector film should be in "low output" (not "high output") position, it's two-sided. There are some tortoise health concerns with ReptiZoo T5 lamps, if possible replace the lamp (not the fixture itself) with ZooMed Reptisun 10.0 lamp. It's easy to confuse ReptiZoo and ZooMed Reptisun brands but product quality differs significantly.
I'll do that today. I'm having trouble finding a greenhouse to fit the while enclosure without being extremely oversized. any suggestions

I would take an oversized one - you can use later to cover larger enclosure (such as 4x8 garden bed). Frame on many of them made out of shorter sections - you can remove some, to make frame shorter and fold PVC cover so it doesn't look "too oversized". It won't look fancy, of course, but 3x2 enclosure won't last long.

Hello! Maybe you’ll find some of the visual examples I include at the bottom of this thread useful for the grow tent idea🙂

Unfortunately the front of my enclosure is 40 inch long & 40 in wide I'm still looking won't case I'll buy the material & make one
You can use greenhouse or heavy duty plastic films and PVC pipes or wooden planks to make your own. Or you can get a tall sterlite storage bin and put it on top of the meshed part.

How's this work? What do yall think? It's a greenhouse cover I havw over the while enclosure. Question though how's he going to breath? It's not completely sealed I havw it layed over the top and sides I didn't put it under the enclosure so it's not 100% sealed around the enclosure

Much better for now! Don’t worry about him being able to breath, it’s not air tight and when you do daily husbandries there’s more than enough air exchange🙂

Ok great I was worried I swear I probably check on him at least 100xs a day I even wake up during the night every 2 hours or so to check on him. It's like I have a newborn. I can't help it though.
