I am so glad you found the cause of his injury!

I'm still so amazed at the trouble they can get into, even after we go through all of the precautions, and extra precautions to keep them safe! If there is something to climb, they climb it etc.

Little boogers!

I hope he gets better quickly

I am glad to hear that Bob is on the road to recovery!

I bet it is a lot off your chest too.

Hugs,

maggie, I am so glad to hear Bob is going to be fine. How on earth did you find that thin piece of wire in his swollen eye?

My daughter in law and I got a really bright light and she used her young eyes to search his eye. It's obvious he is feeling better. Today FedEx brought his new $53 Trex bulb so he's happily basking under the hot bulb and is acting like his old self. Thanks for all the words of support from the group, it really helps
to read them when you're upset...I am so glad he's feeling better!!!

Thanks again for all the words of support. You will be glad to know that Bob is his ornery old self... he ate a good breakfast and kept biting at my leg trying to get more food. I seriously think that feeding him treats by hand is not a good thing as he is so dumb he bites at me or the air thinking he can just bite and food will be there...what a ninny! But I am not going to feed him by hand anymore...he bites hard and it really hurts. It would be a bad thing if he bit my son's step child...she's 6 and the child from hell. She does not ever do what she's told and I can just see her going into Bob's shed and getting bit by him...That wouldn't be good...

Sounds like a very wise plan. I can see the child so easily doing just that and you and Bob will end up suffering for it.

Very relieved and happy to hear things are turning out well for Bob! :)
