Wow, just discovered one of my boxes came up from hibernation with one of the worst cases of shell rot I've ever seen. Almost all of the plastron is covered with it and most of the scutes are gone or a falling off. Treated it for the last couple days with the Iodine stuff and then rubbed in clotrimazole. But, I'm wondering if there is some kind of soak that would get into more places I can't get into or can't see that would kill the fungus?

A pic might help, I personally have never seen an eastern box turtle, if that is what you have, with any type of shell rot.

It's not an Eastern. It's a hybrid Ornate and three-toed. Sadly, he looks like this.

Gave him a soak in tetracycline this morning before putting on clotrimazole

The tetracycline seems to help, paired with the clotrimazole. I sure hope he gets better. He's a gorgeous turtle
