Bugs/insects in water bowl

Hey guys, are these bugs harmful for the tortoise? Found them in the water bowl . I cleaned the water bowl very well , still found them in bowl today morning .

I am not able to add video so added a photo of the same .

They look like springtails and are harmless - they feed on mold and decaying matter (like food or feces leftovers). So, basically, they help you with cleaning the enclosure.

Agreed, definitely look like springtails to me, we still have loads ourselves lol! But yep they are completely harmless
