Carolina Pet Supply issues.

I was just wondering if anybody has had issues receiving their orders? I ordered almost a month ago and haven’t got any shipping notification or any update on my order. I contacted them but got no reply. I contacted them through PayPal as well with no reply. I opened a claim but PayPal has no person customer support so I’m concerned I won’t get my money back.
I remember in the past so many people shopping here and never heard of any issues.

I ordered from them on 05 May and still haven't received. I ordered from 2 other places and received the same week!

It's a shame....These stories over and over about their bad customer service and reliability.

That’s the day I ordered too. I just won my claim with PayPal. They tried contacting the compant and they never got a reply. Which I find odd.

It is. I always heard great things so I didn’t think anything of it when I ordered.

UPDATE: I filed a claim with PayPal on May 25th after attempting to get in contact with Carolina a few times. I tried through email as well as through PayPal. I never heard anything back. I opened the claim, PayPal tried contacting them and gave them 20 days to respond but got no response. So I won my claim. I hope everything is okay with the people who own it. Maybe they aren’t opporaring but the site was left up.

That's completely UNACCEPTABLE behavior
