I need to lose some weight, which will help with my fertility struggles as well as the surgery. I've never been more determined in my life. We will fix this

I am trying very hard to stay positive and I know I will stay focused. I want this more than I've ever wanted anything in my life and if this is what I have to do to get a little bit and Michelle running around then this is what I will do
