Darn phantom pains in my leg are acting up. Every 30 seconds I get a jolting pain down my leg. Been happening since fri night. I have tried all my tricks. Can't seem to break this cycle. I even took a ice bath. The problem with that is once I get in the bathtub. It is virtually impossible for me to get out. I wore a pair of shorts, just in case I needed the fire dept to help me get out. I got out by myself but it wasn't pretty. Going to lunch with a bunch of Rose's friends today. I hope I get some reprieve. I am going no matter what condition I am in.
After experiencing that nerve pain in my shoulders for a month Ray, I feel for you. I'm sure that you have quite the selection of meds but I doubt most do much for that kind of pain. Nerve pain was the worst pain I have ever felt, period and I'm not shy about getting hurt!

Another midnight bandit caught pilfering birdseed last night.

Hopefully the landlord will sort this out. If not isn't there somewhere you can complain about him not doing so?

We still have grey, dry and very cold weather but looks like that may change this week.
I had a great time last night. My nephew, brother in law and I went to see the band who were fantastic. It was the last night of their 18 month world wide tour which has included several US dates including LA and Nashville. They're called Cardinal Black. The drummer is The son of my brother's old friend and I was at school with the father of the lead guitarist (who is in the top 10 list of best in the world). They have been together for years under a different name and played at my nephew's wedding about 8 years ago - before they became full time professionals. They deserve their success and I hope they go on to achieve even more.
I stayed in Cardiff last night leaving Lola with a pile of food, but it wasn't until I got back this afternoon that he came out and ate it. He must have missed me

Regardless of politics, he is just one arrogant human being - amongst many - that irritates me like hell.
I did a heavy shock treatment with my TENS unit. Just about got it under control. Going to do a heat pad and the unit again.
Darn Lions, injuries on their defense didn’t help.

If that's the same area the news has been reporting on, I think they've had a leaking water supply pipe caused by a rock after some movement during a landfall. I believe it's been repaired but taking time to replenish local water supplies. Very inconvenient for everyone but a necessary evil.
