Hopefully Cathie. I don't want it to get much colder before my new boiler arrives.I'm just wondering if the wonderful weather I'm getting will get blown over to you by Sunday. That's the day our spring

is supposed to turn colder.

Nope our winds are blowing toward the east and the US is supposed to be warmer than normal for 5 days. Unless there's a showdown in the middle of the pond and the UK winds win. That would be lovely but unfortunately these colder temps are set to last well into next week, so maybe we're sending them to you!......sorry.
You had an interesting boiler. I'm sure your new one will be even more so. The only ones I had any contact with were old types and the pilot light would go out But I still loved that type of heat. I hope you can get it fixed soon.Hopefully Cathie. I don't want it to get much colder before my new boiler arrives.

Sounds really painful Ray. I hope it all heals eventually without further grafts and discomfort.I took a few pictures of the burn on my arm. But it was disturbing to me. So I decided not to post. 95%, of it has scabbed over. There is one spot that hasn't skinned over. Time will tell if anything else needs to be done in that area.
We are supposed to get another 15 cm or about 6 inches tomorrow!Yesterday it was really spring like here. Even some ground was showing under the trees. Well, this morning the whether took a turn. It was snowing the whole day and now we have 35 cm of snow, that is almost 14 inches.
That's good news - I think we are going to get some very mixed weather for a while still. It's beencold here today. I sat with Zola by the fire, but he didn't get into his stroking position - instead, he tucked himself into a heap by my face, so that I could breathe on him to keep him warm, and wrap my fleece round us like a tent - when he was settled, he just pressed his head into my face, and went straight to sleep ! I feel honoured that he does this sort of thing, as it is very much his own choice.Boiler to arrive Friday!

Yes I do. Another AWOLDoes anyone remember Tricia Stringer? Here on this thread. I can't remember the thread I last talked with her on.
Yavonne, Tricia and I had a conversation the last time I saw her about how to handle Kitty litter. I for the life of me can't remember which thread it was on.. Dang it. I found one that really works and is so simple and clean I wanted to share it. It's a BreezeYes I do. Another AWOLI miss some of the old members -
Linda, Carole and Heather too. I wonder how they all are.

Once in a while I catch some of them because I follow them. TFO tells me when they like or post something through alerts most of the time. It's nice when I get to see them still on here.

Is this snow normal for this time of year?We are supposed to get another 15 cm or about 6 inches tomorrow!
The other day Ms.Sully laid a large clutch of eggs. The eggs were finally hard instead of soft and rubbery. It is unbelievable when she buried the eggs. The dirt looked like the dirt in the area. You couldn't tell she was there.

Yes, it totally is. The thing is that now the snow is combined with relatively warm temperatures of about 2 C or about 36 F.Is this snow normal for this time of year?
