She hasn't gotten another bunny but she has a rat, a dog and a cat in a very small apt with her boyfriend. She's an animal girl though so I won't be surprised if she does get another. She was in a rush the other day so I don't even know what color her car is yet!

We did another "fabric run" today and I went along for moral support. I teased her at the stores cutting table. "You usually estimate things pretty well, but you blew the crud out of this estimate!"

She's making two quilts at the same time and they are different from one another, different patterns etc. Wonder woman right? I told you guys.....it's nuts. The amount of sewing that goes into each block is more than I've done in my entire life and yes, I can hand sew seams, buttons and stuff. My mom taught me.

My Matt has been angry for a week. He hasn't left his box for 3 days and just lays his head on the floor like a sad little turtle. He's sharp and bright eyed when i look in and he sees me, he's just bored. Tomorrow I will go bug searching for him....we are in the 50's now so they will be coming up in the ground cover. Maybe that will cheer him up.

Since your place is so much colder than mine, Mat is probably not mad but pretty smart 🤓 he's just laying in wait for the good stuff coming. My weather has to start flowing your way soon. It was lovely today. Today it was 80°f in the backyard and is staying in the 50's at night. Sapphire is chomping at the bit. I'm trying to wait until the ground is warm enough.😊go Kerry go!!! 2 quilts at the same time is amazing.🤗

And by the by I have access to a giant 😊 my son's friend will probably breed them soon. 😁His daughter is trying to raise one and they love me. He is a good breeder and groomer of dogs already. I figure I can get one. It's tempting 😉 that would put little Mr Fre in his place for sure. He totally deserves it 😁

Matt got a small wet pile of leaves with a few small worms interwoven from the forest today. Pickins were sparse but boy did he "come out of his shell" so to speak. He went on high alert hunting duty even for a meger ration. He spilled his pool, chased the worms...yup great fun.
He misses being able to hunt like a turtle.

It makes me feel guilty that i keep him inside so I can play with him but can't keep him as he is outside so he gets bored.

Kerry got 1 done gals...

It's pretty neat. She's so excited and proud. I'm half surprised she didn't run down the street flying it like a flag! A neighbor lady came by so the gals had a playdate. LOL She's happy, smiling, making pancakes...im good...and I'm pretty proud of her too.

Well, we have had warm weather for February/March. Last 4 days it has been in the low to High 70's (21 to 25c) I put the small Tortles out in the Tortle tub in the afternoon. One end has water, other larger end has bark and Hides. The Boxies and Matilda the Redfoot were in the mood for some meal worms, YUM! Matilda ate like 12, while the Boxies filled up on 8. Seymour climbedt the patio Barrier, and proceded to wander the yard. Found him later @ the back fence with the help of the tracker, dang that kid gets around.
Lola never attempts to climb. Maybe it's his shorter back leg that stops him.

Good morning/afternoon all. I'm pleased to see you're all well ( I hope Natrah's cold is better).

My nephew is finally in his new flat. He moved in on Wednesday, so the last few days have been spent helping him unpack. We still have a lot to do, and furniture to buy. He had a walk-in wardrobe in his last place, but there is very little storage in the new so that's on the shopping list and even though he has a huge kitchen space, the counter doesn't have enough room for his microwave so we need something to put that on.
We're sick of the sight of each other so we're having a break this weekend and we'll start again next week.
It's a grey, cold day here but dry so I'm popping out to the shops. I have a lot of my own chores to catch up with this weekend. I hope you're all having a good one.

We had a stormy afternoon with a tornado warning. And lots of rain ☔ and then it cleared out. It got up to 80°f outside in Sapphire's enclosure so I fixed it up. He'll be getting outside soon. He's more than ready.😊

Good afternoon/evening all.
Alfie has come to stay for the week. He's made himself at home and is snoring away on the sofa.
My car is going into the garage tomorrow to see what the whining noise is. I think it could be something to do with the belt or at worse the alternator which might explain why thr battery isn't holding a charge.
I had to charge it again today. ☹️
I just hope it's not going to be too expensive.🤞
I'm just about to take Alfie for X little walk and then I'm going to have an early night. So nos da from me and I hope you've all had a good Sunday.
