Hello! I have a greek male tortoise, Bully, who's going feral and crazy, he runs nonstop as if he's frustrated and is searching for something, a little bit of background:

I've had him for ten years, three years in i got another smaller golden greek tortoise, Bibiya , thinking he was a female but it turns out he was a male as well....they got along for the past few years but recently, Bully, started getting aggressive with the Bibiya, first it was just hitting him and running behind him sizing him up BUT NOW since Bibya started hitting back, Bully is trying to mate with him 😭😭 !!! eventually i had to separate the two , the smaller's inside the house and the others out in the garden, yet that didn't really last as Bully managed to figure out how to get inside, and when he's inside the house he goes CRAZY running everywhere with fast speed and sniffing around (i think he's either trying to find Bibya or is triggered by his smell ??? Or he's just sexually frustrated?? but idk)

so if anyone knows whats going on here please fill me up or if there's any solutions for this!!!

First, tortoise should never be housed in pairs.
Second, they should never roam the floors of your home
He likely is trying to find a mate.
However, how large is his enclosure? Is there hiding places and deep shade?
Some people will put a round rock or ball in with the tort for him to get the urge out of him on.

What is going on there is normal tortoise behavior and it is the reason why they should never be kept in pairs. Your two tortoises each need their own separate enclosure both indoors and out. The humping is dominance, not gayness. He's telling the other tortoise to get out of his territory.

Loose on the floor is a recipe for disaster, for many reasons. Its not safe and cannot be made safe.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Your tortoises are both miserable and stressed more than you are. Please do as advised and immediately separate them permanently, each in his own secure and properly set up enclosure. Thanks!

Hello Wellington ! My english may not be good but I'll answer as best as i can

For his enclosure, they got the whole yard to themselves and it's very big, there's bushes, plants for shade and we even built small wooden houses for each of them to sleep in but they're left unused, the thing is they don't like to stay outdoors they like to get inside the house for reasons i don't understand, and if we close the slid in door, Bully (the bigger one) will keep hitting it till someone opens it and he'll run inside and find a spot to sleep....

Sorry for my bad english in advance!! Can a male tortoise tell that the other tortoise is a male too ? Because when Bully is on top of my other one something purple comes out of his tail (i assume it's his penis) i don't know if it's just showing dominance as you said or just because he's frustrated ??

And for the house flooring there's nothing that i can do, i got my whole yard renovated specifically for them but they both refuse to stay there instead they like to come inside to run around and find their usual spot to sleep when they're tired

You’ll need to spilt the yard with a visual barrier or build them their own large outdoor enclosures so they can’t have access to one another. They’ll probably be restless for a while because they’re naturally going to try to seek each other out still, they may even go off food for a bit but I wouldn’t let that discourage you.

Is it possible it’s sometimes too cool outside where you are and they’re trying to get some heat? Or are temps pretty good in your climate?

Where are you? Your English if just fine. Better than some people from America or England!

Yes, they can tell another male. It doesn't matter if it's two males, a male and a female, or two females. They should never live in pairs. Its bad for both of them.

There is absolutely something you can do about the floor roaming. Simply leave them in their enclosure and don't let them into the house. In this thread I show a way to house them outside with a temperature controlled shelter. This might help you:
