Do his eyes look swollen?

we've had Yoshi for almost a month now, he's a CB 7 month old russian. Complete newbie to having a tortoise as a pet so I'm not sure...do his eyes look a little swollen? Eating, pooping, peeing normal. Nose is clear and he is opening both eyes no problem. I use a 10.0 Reptisun UVB tube lamp.

It's really his one eye that looks a little different.... I'm just not sure.

Perhaps he was simply giving you the stink eye.....
