I received bought my tortoise from a person on OfferUp and I took her a bath because was dirty. Both her back feet look like this and it’s scaring me because shes also missing her fourth nail on both back feet. The guy that sold it to me said she wasn’t breeding with the male he had. Is it possible it was done by a male tortoise? I also have male tortoise and was wondering if he will do the same of hurting her like this

You can just do regular first aid, sort of like what you'd do if you had a skinned knee.

Then I'd make sure the substrate is deep enough and the enclosure is large enough so she stops digging to escape.

Both of your tortoises would be better off if you kept them in separate enclosures. Male Russian tortoises are aggressive breeders and he will pester the female until she stays hidden all the time to keep out of his sight. If you have them set up outside in a large well-planted space it works out ok to keep them together, but not indoors in any kind of enclosure.
