fighting babies

hi,
i have two star tortoises and one of them is trying to bite the other all the time , i am really worried for the other guy.
how am i suppose to deal with it?
plz help becoz i always thought that star tortoises are calm creatures...

Sometimes there are just no other options. I am assuming you have a large enclosure with several hides and lots of site barriers already? Those things do help, but once it goes past those helping then two enclosures it the only option.
