Is the tortoise still eating?

Yes, she has been eating pellets which I’ve been giving her but she never touches her lettuce

Thanks for the encouragement! Would a vet be able to determine if she really has it?

I’m not sure, but I would guess that they wouldn’t be certain, and only if it was a really good tortoise vet. But it’s definitely only a guess.

If she's still eating regularly that's a good sign.

Lettuce mostly, occasionally spinach and kale

Just take a bit of necessary time and really read the care sheets as suggested, for the correct diet and enclosure conditions. Certainly I think that you need a water dish she can soak in, and to be soaked by you once a day and not once a week.
The humidity in the enclosure is one of the most important issues, being kept too dry will be a definite part of the overall problem.
