help with ecoearth please!

hi everyone, i've recently bought some ecoearth blocks for my 11 year old russians enclosure - do i need to soak it first? i don't think i should but i just wanted to double check in case i'm wrong. thank you!

Yeah, Read the Instructions.
Soak it in hot Water.
