Indentation on bottom of shell

I just found and indentation on the bottom of my baby ornate box turtles shell. Should I be concerned? He seems to be healthy. Is this serious?

A photo would help a lot. Hatchling turtles/tortoises typically have indentations on their plastron. But for us to give you a feeling of certainty we will need a picture.
