After my post about Repti-Zoo MVB, I came to a conclusion that new lights are a must. So I got to work and made some DIY lamp stands for a hanging lights setup.

Huge thanks to @Littleredfootbigredheart for compiling a thread with an endless amount of visual examples of properly done enclosures, where I found an idea for this lamp stands.
As pictures demonstrate, MVB is gone. New setup includes 60W incandescent bulb for a basking spot, Repti-Zoo Pro T5 Lighting Combo 10.0 UVB 24W for UVB and a 5000K LED lightbar for additional light. Everything is on timers, heat and LED are on 11 hours, UVB is on 3 hours.
1. Basking spot currently gets right on temps suggested by @Tom : 37C at Kleants shell height, and it keeps ambient temp in basking area around 38C. I did buy the 100W bulbs suggested by @Alex and the Redfoot , but they were too hot - over 60C ambient(my thermometer doesn`t measure past 60C, it just gave out), over 75C directly under the bulb. So I just went to a store again and bought same bulbs, but less powerful. Basking bulb now is brille R-63 60w bulb, I have a set of bulbs with different wattage (40-75w) to correct temps if needed.

I`m aware of low humidity, substrate is now freshly redone properly, with some water spraying it should stay around 60%.
2. Repti-Zoo Pro T5 Lighting Combo 10.0 UVB 24W - was the only available option in terms of T5 UVBs, currently mounted at 40cm height, can go lower, sadly can`t go higher. Instruction manual says it`s compatible with any T5 UVB, so I may get my hands on better T5`s in the future, hopefully lamp itself will turn out to be reliable. I got some UVB checking cards, they read healthy amount of UVB coming out the lamp(solarmeter is way over my budget for now, and it`s unavailable around here).
3. Finally, I got new D3 calcium supplemment because Kleant oftentimes refused to eat his food sprinkled with Tetra ReptoCal supplement. I think the smell might be the reason, it kinda smelled like chicken spices, maybe some vegetables in it made it smell that way. New supplement is Terrario Bozza Calcium with D3 which doesn`t have any smell to it, I sprinkled it on Kleants todays meal and he ate all of his greens without any troubles(you can see his nostrils are covered in calcium in the photo above), so I`m exited to keep an eye on him eating it.
That`s it for now, I do look into adding some greenery to an enclosure, can`t find the right sized plant (bought a lavander that turned out to be way too big).

Aw thanks for posting this! Looking good! Humidity wise a cover would do wonders in maintaining it higher, perhaps you’ll find some inspiration in here🐢💚

That's a lot of changes! And looks good so far!

I've found this bulb on manufacturer's site. Beam angle stated for all reflector bulbs is 30 degrees, so they are spot lamps (unfortunately, it wasn't specified on the site I've linked in the earlier post). This means that diameter of heated area is roughly equals to lamp installation height (41cm for a bulb hanging at 40cm above substrate). I'm sorry for the confusion.

There is an option to replace reflector bulb with a "pear-shaped" (A55) bulb. Keeping a reflector bulb higher over substrate is possible but A-shape lamp should be better (wider beam and better temperature gradient but you'll need a higher wattage bulb).

Also, you can get a dimmer. Similar to this one - https://www.brille.ua/ua/138225/ (this is a cord without a socket!). This will help to adjust basking area temperature without moving lamp up and down, reduce amount of near-infrared and increase bulbs lifespan (dimming over 20-30% is not recommended).

It's all good! I do have 75w A55 bulb on me so I'll just swap it, no problem).
Little confused on how to connect a dimmer but I'll sort it out before installing it.

The dimmer cable I've linked is not very convenient - you have to do wiring yourself (e.g. add a socket or connect it to the lamp dome). There are also "plug in" dimmers - just a socket with dial. You plug the dimmer in a wall socket and then plug the lamp cable in the dimmer.

Doesn't sound too complicated now, thanks)
Can a dimmer go through timer first? Wall socket - timer - dimmer - lamp? Curious about safety of this layout.

If you use quality components it should be safe. Very cheap plugs/timers/dimmers are hazards on its own and risks add up when you chain them.

The safest combination is, perhaps, an electronic timer (or a smart socket) and a lamp cord with a dimmer switch (just because there are less mechanical components and connections).
