Limping

So Atu my RT caught his leg on something the other week and has been limping off and on since then. he went to the vet the day after he caught it, and they said they couldn't feel any breaks. how long should we wait to let it heal on its own before going back to the vet to request a radiograph be done to see if there really are breaks?

If the vet didn't find anything wrong then maybe it's just bruised

Remember tortoises heal slowly but they will heal eventually

I'm trying to keep that on mind @Reptilelove it's just hard to see him all gimped! I will give it a month of healing and see what happens I guess. Definitely keeping any fencing away from him from now on!

Update on the limping: no signs of limping for a few weeks now, and all things that he could possible get caught on have been removed or secured in such a way that this won't happen again!
