little digs in shell

Hey guys I just noticed this on the bottom of Nova, is this from the basking rock being to hot? Or from her possibly growing? I circled the marks I noticed she had them on an older picture of her bottom but they look like their deeper maybe or getting wider?

The one in the middle is the belly button not healed up completely yet. The other one not sure
