Moving Dilemma

Hi guys, update on our two Russian tortoises, they have been doing great since we built an outdoor enclosure for them.

My husband was just recently offered a promotion we couldn't turn down and we will be moving to Fargo. We are currently in Florida and our torts just LOVE being outside so I'm not sure if it fair to bring them with us where they would have to be kept indoors all the time because of how cold it is there.

Anyone have any suggestions? Should we just try to find new homes for them? I've grown so attached to them but we had them inside for about a week or so here in Florida and they did not do great. They didn't want to eat as much and were barely active at all. IMG_5724.JPG

It's really up to you. They will adjust over time. I'm
sure there's some time they will be able to be outside.
Maybe try to rehome them and if by the time your close to leaving you haven't found them a home, take them with.
