Need help with ramp/stairs

i attempted to make a ramp up to a second level but it failed would greatly appreciate some better ideas pictures would help a lot to! Thanks everyone for being so helpful!

I would have it turn in the corner with a flat landing just like stairs. Then put up a solid board on the side to serve a a railing to prevent failing off. One 2x4 under should be plenty of support to keep from flexing. Awesome and good luck

So you don't need as many ribs on it and you need more strength to it. You do need a side rail. Also what @Blackdog1714 said, you need to make a corner landing so there is a spot for him to begin. The landing should be half the height of the from the floor to the top of the stairs...That way it would be less steep..

Okay, yeah I havnt bothered with a railing yet cause she just keeps sliding down it

I think I’m gunna try to put a small humid hut in the corner and have the stairs turn when it hits the top of that ... hoping that will help
