Yes. Have you read the care sheets? Warm, humid enclosed chamber is what's needed. Others will be along soon with links to the care sheets. @Tom

i thought it was normal he had lots of humidity nice big enclousure at summer he’s at garden all day. at winter he was in shower every second day. might it be when i got him? he was 2years old when they delivered him

Earlier growth was pyramiding more, but newer growth is looking better. Not much you can do about it now. Keep humidity up in the indoor and sleeping quarters, but also make sure temperatures stay above 80 all the time with added humidity.
