I'm a bit of a health nut...so I often look up the foods I'm eating on this website:

http://nutritiondata.self.com/

I thought it could also be useful for looking up some of the nutrition for the greens, fruits, and vegetables that some of us provide our tortoises. If you do use it, click on the information tabs for the graphs so you fully understand what they're providing you with, otherwise it's just a bunch of pretty colored images and arbitrary numbers...

I hope some of you find it useful!

I like a couple of the charts there, but naturally it is all skewed towards human needs. I also use http://elook.org/nutrition/. It is all raw numbers, but one thing I like is that they base everything on 100 grams of food to make it easier to compare across types.

I'd love to find a good list site that also offers the oxalates levels, etc., but we do the best we can with what we can find, right?

This does have a really simple and useful design, I like the 100g standardization too! The 100g also helps put it into context for tortoises.
Good site, Mark. Thanks for sharing!
