This morning when I came to check on my turtle, he pooped but it was like this. Is that thing roundworms? It was really flexible and can bend in half. Should I book a vet visit as soon as possible? I circled where it is.

We can't tell anything from a blurry picture. Try to vacuum it up with a siphon tube and take it to your vet. Vets should all be good at identifying parasitic worms and recommending treatment if needed. That is one of their areas of expertise.

It's just as likely some partially digested plant material.
Don't panic.
Even if they are parasites. They're much more common than most people realize.
Back when I used to obsess over this sort of thing, I bought a nice Japanese microscope at a garage sale and some glass slides and I was looking at everything that my tortoises pooped out. Comparing them to internet photos or photos in old books of different parasites.
A healthy tortoise can have parasites and still be perfectly healthy.
And they're easy to treat if needed. But first you need to determine what you have there. And a vet will know.
