Swollen eyes

Hello I haven't been on in a while because my tortoise seems perfectly healthy! I always felt like he had swollen eyes. Here are some photos

Here is the info:
-a 3 foot by 1 enclosure, getting a tort table : 48"by18"
A MVB solar raptor. zoo med grassland tortoise food three times a week with his greens, green leaf lettuce, occasional romain and pumpkin.dandelion, wild chews..

He has coconut coir as a substrate and his humidity is 60%

PS wild chew is the directs translation from French : mâche sauvage.

Besides making the habitat a little more humid, I'd do nothing. When we talk about swollen eyes, the eyes are swollen shut. Your tortoise's eyes look fine.

How should I make it more humid? I spray it so many times but it just dries out!

Spraying doesn't do any good, as you've found out. You need to pour a pitcherfull of water over it, then mix it all up with your hand. The lights will dry out the top layer, but underneath it stays damp. Also, if you cover the habitat it stays warm/humid inside longer.
