If I remember correctly, you have a sulcata and a greek tortoise. Which one has the respiratory infection?
Set him up in a small tank, what I refer to as a hospital tank. Fix it so the overall temperature in the tank is 85F degrees day and night. It really would help if you could get some antibiotics. See if you can find a vet that will sell you some Terramycin powder. If you can get it, you would make a solution of 1/4 teaspoon of the powder in a quart of warm water, and soak the tortoise in this solution for about an hour daily. Make sure you put the soak tub in a warm spot so it doesn't get cooled off too much. Without antibiotics, or a vet visit, about all you can do is soak in warm water and keep the tortoise in a very warm environment.
