If you look at the picture there is a lot of swelling around the head, and from what's been said it has been trying to extend it's head but can't. Looks like he will have to wait for the swelling to go down. I just hope the poor thing can survive.:(
That's a tough one. I wish I could be of more help

They can go longer without food than water so keep up the warm shallow soaks.
Do you have a vet who can do xrays?
Has there been any improvement at all?

Ya we had .doctor suggested some cream to put on skin(near face)
Feed with water and carrot extract.

And wait and watch
That's why i'm asking you guys

And if face would be there between door it can be possible as there are legs to support them.

May be there was pressure from front.
And push back door are light they move automatically as per setting
I think you should get a second opinion to be on the safe side.

I wonder if you might ask the veterinarian for a steroid injection to help with the swelling.
What option
An opinion from a second veterinarian...if there is another office available where you live.

It was not very good for the doctor to say they could not see anything wrong on the xray but to not propose any way to help with the way the head is stuck inside.

Consulting 3 doctors at this moment.
Taking advise from you guys.
All i can do is wait and watch
Doctor is telling that after 5-7 days there might be decrease in swelling(Just his opinion)

Started medication with water (mixing medicine with warm water and let him sit)

Reptile metabolism is much slower than that for endothermic species. I think a week is a short estimate. What is the name of the medication?

Holding good thoughts for you both.

Yeah, I can't make out what those are. lol See if the vet office will carefully print them out for you.

One is Vitamin A...which should NOT be given if this animal had been eating dark greens up to the time of the accident.

Vitamin A is necessary for eyes as it is swallow (watery)

And others are mukti vitamins, pain killers and i can do is wait and watch

Had chat with 3 doctor
They all are saying it's correct
And doc. Is professor as well as running the clinic.

And carrots do have vitamin A which is necessary for reptiles.

Vitamin A can be over-dosed. In this case, the eyes are not swollen because of a nutrition problem, but because of trauma. Vitamin A will not treat trauma.

Since the animal is not able to eat it's whole diet, the risk of the liver absorbing too much Vitamin A is high. Just be cautious and keep s/him well hydrated.

The pain killers may help with inflammation, but a steroid may be more effective. Discuss a steroid drug with your medical team if things are not significantly improved by the next business day.
