My RT has a ramp in his enclosure that has a slope of 4:1 because I looked everywhere online and it said that was good. He seemed to be able to get up fine the first few weeks I had him, but now he's struggling. He tries to walk, but the wood is too slick for him to get any footing. Is there any sort of material I can put on it to make it have more traction? Or ate there any other ideas?

A line with the slope of 4/1 (if graphed) is very steep. Do you mean a slope of 1/4? If so, try gluing popsicle sticks horizontally onto the ramp spaced approximately one inch apart. It should give him foot holds for him to use.

They can climb straight up so I do think it's the slippery not the slope.
Use sticks or I have used roof shingles too.

Yes, that's definitely 1/4. What type of bulb do you have in that fixture?
