What are some reliable breeders?

Hello, I am looking to get a Yearling Leopard Tortoise but I don't know where to start. I live in Idaho and haven't been able to find a reliable website/breeder to get a Leopard Tortoise. Could someone lead me towards a good breeder? I could also use some tips on how to raise a tortoise as I have never owned a tortoise or turtle.

Nobody sells yearlings, unless you just get lucky and find one by chance. It is not economically feasible to hold onto a season's babies and raise them all for a year before selling. Having said that, I have a South African leopard that is several months old and about 150 grams now.

I have some older ones, not a full year old, maybe 10, 11 months, one I might sell. I'm holding them to see what sex they become. I have a group of three that are from November last year, so 8 months.

There is a tortoise rescue in Idaho, I found them on Facebook, so frankly know nothing about their operation. Maybe adoption fees or some weird vetting process or something unsavory, no knowing.
