So I'm planning on having a Tortoise very soon, so I want to build a Tortoise Table in my room, but I have one question.
is 160 cm x 70 cm big enough?

@baldegale I'm probably starting with a hatchling Russian tortoise
For most species, no, it won’t be big enough. 8x4 feet would be the minimum for most testudos, and maybe some others too.
For an ADULT Russian, 8x4 is the minimum. For a hatchling, it would be best to start with a closed chamber of some sorts to maintain the proper humidity.
4’x4’x2’ closed chamber wouldnt be hard to build

@TechnoCheese can 160x70 be temporary? and if so, if I would start with a hatchling Russian Tortoise, how long would a 160 x 70 last?

If I were just guessing, I would guess until it was about 4 inches...?
But again, you will need a closed chamber for a baby, not a table.

when do they become that big?
I don’t think I have enough experience with russians to answer that, but I would have to guess that as long as it has damp substrate and a humid hide, it would be fine. But definitely get a second opinion.
