New Outdoor Enclosure

I am working on the outdoor enclosure for my Red Footed Tortoise. Do you have any recommendation? I planted Aloe but I'm planning to sow more edible plants as hibiscus and lettuce. That's enough?

Looks good, have you got any hibiscus trees you could plant. They will create cover and provide you with some free food.

What's that growing out of the log. I like the idea of using a log as a plant pot.(if that's what you have done).

Yes, this is what I have done (Pinterest idea). The plant is culantro.

I would add some more hibiscus, space them out so it creates a canopy when they are dense in foliage,(creating dappled shade) but doesnt take up ground space.
Also could you grow weeds and clover for your tort to eat at will through the day.
