Good evening everyone!

I have been enjoying the heat and hot water much simpler for washing and drying clothes as well. I have also been busy putting things back where they were and cleaning shelves and surfaces that I cleaned the other day🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣! The hoover and mop have also been busy and it's just as well that my sinuses are still blocked!

There was a very musical Blue Tit opposite the flat today and yesterday in Rayleigh I was walking through Sainsbury's car park and saw a Pied Wagtail. I have no idea what he was doing there as Rayleigh is further inland than where I live. I haven't seen Jacky for a few days so I think the cold weather and flat has put her back into hibernation for a short while. Sue how is Dickie? Is she still coming out?

Edward is it still 3 degrees? Chef hope you are okay.

Goodnight everyone

Natrah, Jacky and Angel Daisy

Glad to hear everything is back to normal for you & I hope it helps your sinuses to improve.
Dickie is mostly in her indoor enclosure. She has been outside when the sun has been on the garden but it’s too cold to stay out there for long. Indoors she is bashing about in the enclosure & if I let her roam in another room she heads for the door & bashes against it to let me know she wants to go outside.
Think the weather is going to get warmer after this weekend so that will be better all round. Jacky will probably wake again now the flat is warmer.

Goodnight

Good evening everyone!

I just wanted to show you all the daffodils on the cliffs near where I often have lunch. There will be a lot more daffodils in the weeks to come but this is what I can enjoy so far. It's been a lovely day here albeit cold. The Blue **** were singing behind the flat and hopefully the swallows will soon be saying "hello" to Zola.

I have been having trouble installing my old printer on the "repaired" computer and I thought that Sue may be able to advice me😉.

Goodnight everyone

Hello Natrah - I hope your flat is completely warmed up now, and that all is well. It has been cold and grey - some rain too, here. I haven't been feeling great, and I shall be very glad to get my next injections, whenever that is ! Zola had a lovely stroke today by the fire with me (well, I thought it was lovely, anyway.) He hasn't had his proper walks for a while, as it is too cold.
This was the other lamb photo I meant to send you, but ended up sending the same twice. It was so lovely to see the little chaps.
Lots of love to you and all our friends from Angie and Zola xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxlmb2.jpg

Good evening everyone!

It's been bright but very cold here and I am so grateful for my new boiler. Jacky still hasn't emerged but I know she's okay.
The sheep look like they're posing for you. Love the lambs. Below is a present that a pupil gave me today and I think it is more turtle than tortoise:

Hi everybody it’s me Chef!
I am starting to get the hang of this new phone after the man at the shop fixed it for me.
At first I couldn’t give a thumbs up or a laugh emoji on the forum I was only allowed to read things. That’s why I have been “gone” so long.
Yes, I still miss my wee Gary and think of him almost all day long but things are starting to get a little bit better.
I am happy to hear hibernation time is over and that heat is abound for all but I am feeling frustrated for my dear Angie. At least Zola is there to comfort her…
I may not respond to your posts at first (because of this phone) but please know I am following you! (Not like a stalker or anything) but like a sunny little shadow..
Thank you all for the beautiful pictures as they keep my spirits up.
More to come I hope!?
Thinking of all of you always!
Sincerely,
Chef 👩‍🍳

Hello Natrah - I hope you and Jacky are ok. My mum isn't feeling great, but I permitted her to give me a lovely stroke by the fire this afternoon, and I think that helped her. It has been fairly sunny here, but very cold and windy. There is a nuthatch coming to our bird feeders, and we are very pleased, as they are not common around here. Also at least one hedgehog. I didn't get a walk today, as my dad said it was too cold, and that my mum needed my company - I think he was probably right.
We have a friend who goes to Tamar Lake regularly, and he says there are beavers there (introduced by the Wildlife Trust) We are going to see him this weekend, and he will show us where they are - I hope my dad will remember his binoculars !
Lots of love to you, Jacky, Angel Daisy, and all our forum friends from Zola xxxxxxxxxx

Good afternoon everyone,

Angie I hope you're feeling better today and I would love to see that Nuthatch. However at the moment I am sitting here watching a Blue Tit disappearing and reappearing in a hedge. Is he planning to nest there or is he nesting material I wonder?

Natrah
