Bigred was very active today and I just found out why. She is digging another nest and I cant really believe it. She either laid 5 or 6 clutches this year and I thought she was done for the year. This egg laying and incubating is all year long now

I spooked her while she was digging and she stopped and walked away from the nest. She doesnt normally spook like that. She will probably start back up while im at work tomorrow. I will post some pics as soon as they saart hatching. I have several eggs that have been incubating for over 5 months

Yea Red !!! .... It must be in the air .... Queen Liz' just laid tonight too! ... and Momma OG ,...3 fake nest last 5 days...
