I have some growing in my torts enclosure. They nibble on new growth every now and then. It's used as herbal medicine in some parts of the world as well.

If it gets any watering, it will spread and spread. I bought a tiny $0.99 one from Walmart years ago and it's been separated and gifted to many people since. The flower stem grows very tall and has pretty flowers.

I plan on separating it this weekend into several pots

It's very bitter, to me anyway. I think I prefer cactus. So do the tortoises (my redfoots).
