Yes thats a dream tortoise of mine, I will never own one though. Its a ploughshare and worth 50,000 to 60,000 to the right person . Not to many of them left in the world

My dream tort is it's madagascan cousin, the Flat-tailed tortoise. They are apparently even more endangered though :(

My local zoo has a breeding colony of them and they are just very comical to watch

Those ploughshares are beautiful species, I wouldn't mind a colony.

My dream tortoise was a burmese star. Now that I have them, I'm content.

My dream tortoise is also an Aldabra, but I don't have the room for one. :(

Yes, I have a thread on them somewhere. I'll have to find it. They're also in my avatar pic.

I love the high dome of the ploughshare. However, my dream tort is the Aldabra. But, my leopard is prettier then the Aldabras.

Mine would be in the genus of psammobates. Specifically P.tentorius geometricus. The geometric tortoise is by far the most interesting, beautiful, and unevolved (over 110 million years) of a tortoise. Rightfully so i will never personally have one for respect reasons. It needs to stay in its wilds. Also an endangered primitive old world species, like the yniphoria.
