The worms in her poop, forgot to take pic
Mmm. Thought that is what you meant.
You are going to have to de-worm her.
It should be done gradually if required.
I should take photo of her stool so we can see how severe her worms are. Dont worry it can be sorted.
I've not had to de-worm mine so you need advise from others. I'll tag some mods in for your help. @tortadise @dmmj @Jacqui @Yvonne G

So do you clear your tort poop or let it be in the enclosure?

I clear it if I see it. Every day I clean up the old food and any stool I see. But mine are indoors now. If mine were outside in a large enclosure like yours all year I wouldn't be a keen. The stool will decompose and get eaten from bugs like woodlice, slugs, snails, beetles.

Keep it clean. Those stools have eggs too, so your tortoise is setting herself up for reinfection, as you get her dewormed. Ideally, you would have kept her in something easy to clean and sterilize, but too late now. Just keep picking up all stools and do not dump her water in the enclosure after she uses it, as it too may have eggs.

Ooops. Sorry Jacqui. I thought he meant when everything is right and healthy.
2 questions.

Do the erosa not have a nuchal scute at all or just a very small one?

All my homes have a very prominent nob then drop off at the back. Is this a sign from past bad dehydration?

Ok, now I am putting her in a small enclosure without bedding until she is dewormed. Just a food dish and water dish. After she poops I wash the enclosure and the dishes.

Hi, how should I deworm her? The medicine the vet have was to feed her. How should I get her to drink it?

Yup, thick liquid
Wait until @Jacqui comes on to give you advice. I read somewhere not to over do it all at once. Do you have a pipet/shringe?

How big is your tort?
What's the medicine called?
What dosage was you told to give?

Jacqui should be on in 4 or 5 hrs.
