Well thought this egg wasn't going to hatch. Long story short had a very bad early year with eggs from my pancakes. I changed the mulch out in January and broke 6 buried eggs. I salvaged one and here we are. At least I saved one of them.
Haha. Jacqui your hilarious. He(maybe a he, was incubated lower than what I typically do for pancakes 84 at night and 86 during day) is pretty small for sure a pocket tort.
Him and some of the Redfoots go to a new home Friday. I'll miss him. He's hilarious. But as usual many more will hatch this winter(if I don't break all the eggs).
