Pinkish swollen clocoa

Hello all,

Taro appears to have some swelling around his cloaca and every so often it also has a pink tinge like in the picture. Does anyone happen to know if this is something I need to bring him into the vet for or if it’s just minor irritation?

He is probably around 2-3 year old marginated tortoise.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

It's not anything I'm familiar with. That's the reason why I and I assume others haven't chimed in yet.

I really don't see it. Just make sure he's well hydrated and not constipated.
