Sleeping habits

My RT just recently started burrowing at night to sleep is this normal for this time of year it's never done it before I've had her since February

The days are getting shorter and the nights cooler. This tells tortoises its time to start cleaning out their systems to get ready to hibernate.

Will she try to hibernate in an indoor in closure ?

Yes. (well, mine tries) Last year he got very lazy and inactive during the colder months, even though in his table it was sunny and 90! I didn't try to hibernate him, because it's not MY thing, even though a lot of people like doing so.
