Tortoise Salad!

Olly and Tank are enjoying thier salad this morning! Endives, Romaine, Zuchinni, Acorn Squash, Optunia, and mazuri! Yummm. Almost looks like bacon and cheese on top! Lol. I made Gunther one too... Maybe he will decide to eat today. He is hating being force fed!

Yes. Red is the opuntia. Yellow and white is squash and zuchinni. I grated it in a cheese grater. Makes it really soft and easy for them to eat.
