Hi, im very soon about to get my greek tortoise. But ive seen a lot about tortoise seeds? They dont sell anything in my country but can i make a mix at home? Can i buy some seeds like chia or wheatgrass for example? Im willing to buy any seeds that are recommend.

Here is one seed mix you can, probably, order (or just look what plants are in the mix):
https://www.agrobs.de/en/testudo-saatgut-p3236/ (I believe it was on Amazon a while ago). However, many plants from Testudo native range aren't easy to grow inside.

Chia, wheatgrass, dandelions, clover, ornamental mallow, dichondra, pansies, endive seeds should be easy to find. I suggest also to look at thetortoisetable.org.uk for a list of edible plants and then check what seeds you can get.

You can grow anything you see listed as tortoise food. You don't need a mx. You can grow a bunch of things separately and then mix it on feeding day, or just alternate different foods on different days. Some things grow well in a given area or season, so I would try to grow a whole bunch of different things and figure out what work well in your area.
