Yellow squash

I've never tried yellow squash. I've allowed my torts access to zucchini and pumpkin vines in mid summer to autumn, given that it grows quickly and doesn't slow down during the hottest months, but honestly, I've never grown yellow squash. Instinct would lead me to think it's alright, but hopefully, someone who has experience with this will be able to tell you.

Squash is ok as a rare treat. Like pumpkin. I recently gave my guys spaghetti squash and they loved it. They like yellow squash as well.

Break one in half. Mine eat it ravenously. Both northerns & CH's... as does every other tort in my bale.

I feed it to mine regularly, quite a lot of it. It's a nutritious food source that all of mine enjoy. Try grating it into a salad of they won't accept strips.

My Hermann's tort LOVES squash flowers and the young tender leaves! I just bought her 3 squash plants today! :p
