Artemis refuses Mazuri.

Artemis totally refuses to try mazuri tortoise food pellets... He/She seems to loath it. I tried to put some tortoise salad dressing on top to moisten each pellet, to no avail....
Hmmmmm.
Will red footed tortoise even eat this food type?

Yes they will. Are you soaking it in water first? That's how it's fed, soaked so it's soft. With any new food, you just have to be persistent and try different ways to sneak it in. Once they actually eat it, most will cross miles to have it
