I buy a lot of chicken hearts but not for turtles. My dogs love them and at a $1.59 a pound it's cheaper than most dog treats and better for them.

Yep, my dogs eat them and the gizzards.

When I buy whole chicken at the grocery, there's often a paper package of the giblets (neck, heart, liver and gizzard) inside the body cavity. That's some good eating!
Ain't no turtles or dogs getting my giblets!!!
